Crime Scene & Fatality Decontamination Company provides decontamination services to Apartment Management Companies, Apartment Owners and Homeowners, which is required by the laws and regulations of State and Local Agencies for the decontamination, disposal, disinfection including COVID – 19 (Corona Virus) and handling of blood, body fluids, caused by suicide, natural death, crime scenes, hoarding, serious human injury, accidents, bacteria or illness, (all defined as biohazardous medical waste under State of California laws and regulations).
Crime Scene & Fatality Decontamination Company has a highly trained staff with knowledge and experience of CAL-OSHA and State of California Department of Health Services (DHS) requirements under TITLE 8 Section 5193 (Bloodborne Pathogens), and Local Government requirements for the removal, handling and disposal of regulated medical waste (Blood and Body Fluids) large and small for the safety of the occupants. State of California Law requires the disclosure of death in a residence or apartment prior to occupancy.
