Join CAA for a free live webinar to learn about City of San Diego’s proposed rental housing regulations and how they affect you, your rental business, and your rental properties. The San Diego City Council is set to vote on these restrictive policies on April 25th.  

The proposed rental housing regulations include stricter eviction limits beginning on day 1 of tenancy, enhanced relocation fees and strong limitation on your ability to substantially remodel your property. Under consideration is also an expanded definition of harassment and mandatory reporting.
