CAA held an informational webinar that explores the market dynamics facing San Diego County and an overview of the legislative and political challenges that affect rental housing providers across the San Diego region.

During the session, industry expert Joshua Ohl of CoStar will discuss how the current economic climate affects the rental market.

Moreover, the webinar will include a review of upcoming legislative issues for housing providers in San Diego. Topics include the expiration of the no-fault eviction moratorium in the City of San Diego, set for Sept. 30, and a tenant protection ordinance in Chula Vista coming out later this month. The webinar will conclude with a roundtable discussion on the political, legislative, and legal dynamics facing rental housing providers.
