Complying With the City of Fresno’s Non-Smoking Ordinance
On October 28, 2021, the City of Fresno City Council approved an ordinance prohibiting smoking in and around multi-unit rental properties (defined as a property containing two or more units where the majority of the units, whether rental or not, share at least one common wall with an adjacent unit) beginning on January 1, 2022.
