The California Apartment Association’s webinar on the expiration of Alameda County’s eviction moratorium is available for on-demand viewing.

The moratorium officially ended on April 29, 2023. Still, various regulations and protections that housing providers must adhere to remain in place. Some cities within the county have also maintained their restrictions beyond the moratorium’s end date.

The webinar’s objective is to help housing providers navigate the post-moratorium landscape and ensure compliance with the existing rules.

Whitney Prout, Mallory Homewood and Rhovy Lyn Antonio, all from CAA, were the main speakers of the webinar. Joshua Howard, CAA’s executive vice president of local government affairs, moderated the session.

The on-demand webinar, which runs for approximately 45 minutes, costs $35 for CAA members and $65 for non-members.
