Complying With the City of Oakland’s Smoking Pollution Control Ordinance

The City of Oakland prohibits smoking in all indoor common areas and some outdoor common areas of multi-housing units (defined as properties with two or more units) (Oakland Municipal Code Sec. 8.30.010, et seq.).
