A proposal to discuss the fate of Alameda County’s eviction moratorium — one of the only pandemic-related eviction laws still in effect in California — is back before the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, Jan. 24.

The meeting comes after Supervisor Keith Carson abruptly halted consideration of the matter on Jan. 10. An earlier hearing on the moratorium was also cut short last summer.
