A Resident pays the back rent with a check after receipt of a Three-Day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit, the check does not clear the bank, do I have to attempt to re-deposit the check, or issue a new Three-Day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit, requiring payment by money order? What are my options?
