At the request of the San Francisco Apartment Association, a judge Wednesday postponed implementation of a San Francisco law that would create another obstacle for landlords trying to deal with nonpaying tenants.

San Francisco Superior Court judge Charles F. Haines granted the association’s request for a stay two days after SFAA filed a lawsuit challenging the law.
