The city of San Diego has fixed its rental assistance portal — at the request of CAA — so that landlords can complete applications for rental assistance on behalf of their tenants.

Until late last week, it was impossible for landlords to complete the application without a tenant’s cooperation because San Diego’s system required tenant information that only the renter would know.
