The Los Angeles County Rent Relief Program reopened for a second round of applications Monday, May 20, 2024, providing crucial support for landlords affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This reopening follows the program’s successful initial launch, offering landlords up to $30,000 per rental unit to cover past-due rent and other eligible expenses incurred since April 1, 2022.

Landlords can submit their applications until 4:59 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4, 2024. To apply, verify eligibility criteria, or receive a direct link to the application when it goes live, visit the LA County Rent Relief Program website.

Community partners will offer free webinars and technical assistance in multiple languages daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., starting from the first day of application acceptance.
