The Contra Costa Board of Supervisors on Tuesday rejected a proposal to extend a moratorium on no-fault evictions.
The proposal also included a prohibition on evicting tenants for allowing an unauthorized person to live in a unit when the unauthorized tenant is an immediate family member in the residence because of the pandemic.
