The California Apartment Association has filed a brief with the U.S. Supreme Court asking it to examine whether an eviction moratorium in the city of Los Angeles is unconstitutional.

The brief supports a request filed by the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles for the High Court to review unfavorable lower-court opinions in that group’s legal challenge to the city’s eviction ordinance.
