The California Apartment Association today published Consumer Price Index (CPI) figures for four metropolitan areas – Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, and San Francisco – in California. These figures govern the maximum allowable rent increases effective on or after Aug. 1, 2024, for units subject to AB 1482 rent caps in 10 counties across the state.
