Survey for Rental Housing Owners

The California Apartment Association wants to hear from rental owners who have had challenges with timely and consistent processing of Emergency Rental Assistance Program applications.  With your feedback and input, we will be able to work closely with the State Legislature to sponsor and advance legislation to provide state financial relief to rental housing providers who have not been paid through the current Emergency Rental Assistance Program.  To make our case to the Legislature, data is needed to demonstrate the challenges owners have had with the current system.  Please take a few minutes to answer the survey questions below.  Information collected will remain confidential, and we will not disclose the identity of the respondents without their permission.   Thank you.
