Rental housing providers across California continue to face rent control proposals, rising fees and new government mandates, and the California Apartment Association will host a series of regional membership meetings in May to help members navigate these challenges.
The association will offer four free, 60-minute virtual sessions covering the Bay Area, Southern California, Sacramento and Los Angeles regions. Each meeting will focus on issues affecting housing providers in that area while offering insight into how CAA is working on behalf of the rental housing industry.
During the sessions, attendees will hear updates on the state of the rental housing industry, learn about local public affairs activity, and gain access to resources designed to support their business operations.
