The City and County of Los Angeles are hosting a virtual discussion June 30 on a potential building performance standard — a policy that could eventually set energy or emissions requirements for larger buildings, including large apartment properties.
The session is most relevant to owners and operators of properties 20,000 square feet or larger in the City of Los Angeles or the Unincorporated County of Los Angeles. The one-hour meeting will include a brief overview followed by open discussion and Q&A, with city and county staff on hand to take questions.
If a building performance standard could affect your operations, CAA encourages you to register and take part — or send a representative who can.
