Multifamily property owners and managers in San Mateo County are invited to a free in-person luncheon on Tuesday, May 19, in Redwood City focused on building upgrades, energy efficiency and available rebate programs.
The event, Future-Proof Your Multifamily Property, will connect attendees with local experts, rebate administrators, contractors and fellow property owners to discuss practical ways to lower operating costs, reduce maintenance needs and evaluate cost-effective upgrades, including heat pump water heaters, HVAC systems and EV charging.
The luncheon will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at CZI Community Space, 801 Jefferson Ave., Suite 100, Redwood City. Lunch is included with a free ticket.
