CAAPAC is a CAA-sponsored, bipartisan and nonpartisan committee that supports candidates for local and state office who recognize the importance of rental housing to a strong economy and to expanding housing opportunities.

Legal Action: CAA Legal Fund

The CAA Legal Fund supports strategic court action to challenge harmful and unlawful policies, including unconstitutional eviction restrictions and rent control measures that conflict with state law.
