Help CAA protect your rental investment from radical rent control, rent strikes without fear of eviction, and limits on rent increases between tenancies.

Attacks on California’s rental housing and apartment industry continue to grow. In fact, the threats are serious enough to imperil the industry’s very survival.

The California Apartment Association has responded by creating the Rental Housing Survival Fund, which will raise dollars for two vital political action committees:

CAA’s Political Action Committee

This PAC strives to elect local and state representatives who understand the vital role that the rental housing and apartment industry plays in California’s economy.

CAA’s Issues Committee

This PAC funds campaigns to defeat onerous rental housing legislation, including local and statewide ballot measures, while supporting policies that are favorable to the rental housing and apartment business.

Political contributions to the CAA Rental Housing Survival Fund are not deductible for federal and state income tax purposes and will be divided evenly between the California Apartment Association Political Action Committee (CAAPAC, a registered recipient committee, FPPC ID# 745208) and the California Apartment Association Issues Committee (CAA Issues PAC, a registered recipient committee, FPPC ID # 1388537)
