Join the California Apartment Association (CAA) for an in-person event on Tuesday, June 13th, to hear from industry experts on today’s rental housing market, the impacts of the new San Diego tenant protection ordinance and the various statewide and local threats facing the rental housing industry.

This event features an economic update on the rental market presented by CoStar. It will also include a CAA staff panel discussion on top state and local industry issues, the ways CAA is addressing these issues, our ongoing legal challenges to protect rental property owners, and how you can get involved in efforts to protect rental housing in San Diego and California.
