On January 29, 2020, SB 91 extended and expanded CTRA’s tenant protections.
CTRA has been extended twice. It is currently applies to rent due from March 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021. The just cause protections will be lifted October 1, 2021. For the latest information about CTRA, visit https://caanet.org/topics/covid-19-tenant-relief-act/
