CAA Fresno doles out Mark of Distinction Awards for 2014

The California Apartment Association this weekend honored the Greater Fresno area’s top rental housing professionals and properties during the 17th Annual Mark of Distinction Awards.

On Saturday, Nov. 22, nearly 700 CAA members and industry partners brimmed with anticipation as they paraded into the Fresno Convention Center to find out who would receive the coveted MOD award.

To determine the winners, a panel of nine judges from outside the apartment industry winnowed down a list of more than 150 outstanding nominees to just 20 — one for each category.

With the winners’ names in-hand, CAA Greater Fresno bestowed each with a crystal vase to be displayed at their respective properties. Honorees also received certificates of recognition from elected officials.

Besides recognizing excellence, the evening offered Fresno’s rental housing professionals a chance to mingle, enjoy a fine meal and dance the night away.
