Join CAA for a free, live webinar to learn about the City of San Diego’s newly proposed regulations on rental housing and how they might affect you, your rental business, and your rental properties.

The proposed rental housing regulations include stricter eviction limits beginning on Day 1 of tenancy, enhanced relocation fees with a minimum of three months’ rent, and increasing noticing requirements to correct lease violations. Additionally, the city will explore increasing fees on rental housing providers so it can fund legal and housing assistance for renters.
